Care label is a label attached to a garment or fabric giving the manufacturere’s instructions for its care and cleaning. At a minimum laudering instructions include, in order, four symbols: washing, bleaching, drying and ironing. Dry cleaning instructions include, one symbol. Additional symbols, or words or both may be used clearify the instructions. We are using state-of-the-art flexographic technology to print the care labels. We have world renowned label printing machines(Focus from UK) in our factory premises. We use environment friendly chemicals to print the care labels.

Production Capacity

Capacity for labels on coated or uncoated fabric is 0.80million pcs per shift (8hours per shift) if the label
size is 80mm in length.
Capacity for ultrasonic cutting machine is 0.65million pcs per shift (8hours per shift) if the label size is
80mm in length.
